EHR/EMR Training [Cerner]

I work as a trainer & instructional designer for various Cerner applications, married to an MS4. When she started rotations, the level of training she was offered varied significantly. She got a generic training session for one system, modules / web-based training for another, and zero training at another location. Expectations also varied between sites with some requiring finding info, charting notes, and placing orders, and others not expecting chart access at all.
